Do the Siders kids know about “inappropriate relations” their dad had with their cousin?

Good morning everyone. My name is Michelle. I hope you’re doing well. Welcome to another video. It is Sunday morning, the 23rd of August. We’re going back to Ohio today to the Sidus case. The four adults originally arrested on the 30th of June. Gary Sides Jr., his wife Elizabeth, and Gary’s parents, Gary Cidus senior, and Christina Sides were all arrested after an investigation that led them to their house on Ma Street in Hamen Vinton County.

 We didn’t know what led them there until just a couple of days ago when the grand jury indictments were released. And the situation, well, it’s a whole lot more complex and in my opinion, a whole lot more serious than any of us originally thought. As I talked about in my video yesterday, there are actually three parallel investigations going on.

All the stuff that we knew about was the latter end of the overall investigation, investigation three, because once cops entered the house and realized the conditions that the 16 children that belonged to Gary Jr. and Elizabeth were living in, they immediately got them all out of the house, put them in protective custody.

 They’ll be in foster homes and the four adults were arrested. However, the grand jury indictments are a whole lot more interesting and sinister because investigation one and investigation two involve SCEX crimes against miners. So, what I want to do in this video is talk about a really concerning rumor that’s going around. I also want to address some comments from yesterday’s video. So, let’s go.

The first comment I want to address from yesterday’s video, actually, I can’t find it now, but it’s an important one, and it said something like, and I’m paraphrasing cuz I don’t know whether the person’s deleted the comment or YouTube’s taken it off. There was nothing that YouTube should have been offended by, but the upshot was that I originally said that Elizabeth Ciders was a victim.

 Now, we know from investigation two that Elizabeth Ciders, along with 19 counts of child endangerment for the conditions her own children were living in, there’s now an SCEX claim, the same charges that Gary Jr. has got. And this event or events happened between January and September of 2022. Those allegations obviously are incredibly serious.

 And I said, “Well, she was a busy girl because she had two sets of twins in 2022.” But let’s just assume for a moment that both Gary Jr. and Elizabeth are factually guilty of this s battery that happened between January and September of 2022. It doesn’t mean to say that Elizabeth isn’t a victim in other ways. Two things can be true at the same time.

 Somebody can be victimized on one hand and also perpetrate acts of criminality on another. Look, Elizabeth was a victim. She was child bride. She was pregnant at the age of 15 and married Gary Junior. I mean, he wasn’t much older. He was 18. But we don’t know all of the nuance. So, as I always say, I let evidence lead me.

 And I still maintain that what the attorney general and the prosecuting attorney and the sheriff of Vinton County did when they did that press conference on the 1st of July was terrible. Calling the circumstances that the children were living in pure evil and it was very inflammatory. There was absolutely no need for that press conference honestly because the first two investigations contain arguably way more serious allegations and there was no mention of those just the conditions the kids were living in. That’s what’s whipped up the

media and social media into a frenzy. It shouldn’t have happened. It absolutely should not have happened. However, now we know some more details, at least what these people are charged with. There’s a whole lot more depth to it than I originally realized. And again, I’m led by the evidence.

 Now, if you saw the shot that I put on YouTube after the video that I made yesterday, it is confirmed, it’s there in the records that Joshua David Saunders III, the 23 year old who is charged with three counts of R, is the son of Virginia Lee Saunders, who was originally Siders, and she is Gary Junior’s sister. So Joshua David Saunders III is Gary Junior’s nephew.

 I said cousin yesterday and somebody pulled me up on it. If Virginia is Gary’s sister, then Joshua Saunders is his nephew, not his cousin. I know Joshua David Saunders III is a cousin of the 16 children that are the uh offspring of Gary Jr. and Elizabeth. It’s going to get complicated because a lot of them have the same name.

 Anyhow, he absolutely is the nephew of Gary Jr. So, while I’m in my comments here to this short, the twists and turns and disgusting epitome of this whole mess is mind-blowing. These poor kids living in the filth probably didn’t even know they were being neglected and abused. Good lord. I think they possibly did know and were unhappy about the circumstances.

I think there’s a lot more to come out. Great work. Now, where do these two siders come into it? How does the mom of the 16 kids have these S charges? Uh, yeah. Yeah. Now, here in lies the rumor. Now, somebody posted this on one of the Facebook groups yesterday, and it is very much a rumor, but this is an interesting post, and I agree.

 Things massively seem to go downhill for the siders in 2022. So, Elizabeth Siders had a set of twins in February of 2022. So in the same time period that this s battery perpetrated by Elizabeth is being said to occur. Then in October of 2022 she had another set of twins Bailey and Faith who died about an hour after they were born.

 They were conjoined. They were joined at the chest and their life wasn’t viable and they died. So they were born terribly premature. I think at 24 weeks, which is survivable for some babies, but not these two. So, they died. Elizabeth went on to have two more sets of twins. In 2024 and 2025, in the space of 3 years, they got six new family members.

So, the family of 10 children went to 16 very quickly. And can you imagine having six kids under the age of four? I mean, it just beggars belief. And I think things really, really went downhill for the sidest children when that family moved in with the elderiders. I will continue to say that the elderiders I don’t know why all the charges have been brought against them especially Gary senior because he was in no fit state whatsoever to be responsible for children very unwell man right and thankfully he’s been released from jail

on bail in his own recognizance because he was so very ill however this 2022 timeline is very important so I agree with this person, Bernardet Tully. The six oldest children were enrolled at Adavville Elementary School in Gallia County in 2020, but they missed the entire 2021 2022 school year and were officially unenrolled on April the 12th, 2022.

 So, the six eldest kids were going to school at one point. Ohio did provide Wi-Fi and electronic devices during the CO9 pandemic, but these resources were strictly distributed to students enrolled in public and private schools. Could this be how the kids were on Tik Tok, Facebook, Snapchat in this time frame? I hadn’t thought of that. But that’s not entirely the case, though, because there are posts from at least the two eldest girls that go all the way to the end of 2025.

So, it’s not the only reason why these kids are online. I don’t do Snapchat, but I found Facebooks. I found Tik Tok accounts for the two eldest girls who were doing a lot of talking and they they would post like little videos and things with anime characters on and there was some cats on there. There were numerous accounts for them.

 So, they seemed to be able to get online for several years, but this is relating to what was going down in 2022. They probably had all day to play online and a few of the older ones were sharing their feelings. Some of what they posted was disturbing, even suicidal. I’m attaching just two of the hundreds of posts they made under many, many, many accounts.

 I feel they are quite telling and concerning and show that the kids knew what was going on. In a disturbing post originally uploaded to her personal profile in 2022, Chloe, who is the eldest, she’s 18, vents about her household. The core claim in the 2022 pause, Chloe states that her dad came in and informed her that her cousin was pregnant at the same time her mother, Elizabeth Siders, was also pregnant and hospitalized.

She described her family as weird and true crime commentators noted she posted multiple Tik Toks alluding to her father having a strong inappropriate connection to a cousin. The cousin that is the younger sister of Joshua David Saunders. So Virginia Lee Saunders stroke Siders’s daughter.

 And it’s also not clear who that kid’s dad is. Is it the same dad as Joshua David Saunders III, the one who’s currently in jail, or is it Brandon Henderson? But he, Joshua David Saunders II, has been in prison since 2009. So if this kid, the younger sister, is 15 now, then he would have been in prison when she was conceived. 2009 is 17 years ago.

 But apparently there is a question mark about her parentage. The other potential parent is Brandon Henderson, who’s the other defendant in investigation one. Oh yeah, this is very complicated. But here are the two posts that Chloe allegedly made. Why can’t you act like your cousin? says one anime character to another.

 And then this one, this is from July of 2022. My family is so fake. My dad, my cousin, my cuisine, and then that’s her supposedly. So, the rumor is this that Gary Sides Jr. is the father of her child that she had when she was a minor. This is all rumored at this point. There’s a reason why Gary Siders Jr. and Elizabeth Siders have been charged with s battery of a minor, but that happened in 2022.

 So, how old would that girl have been in 2022? Now, if she’s 15 now, she’d have only been 11. So it could be that she was 15 then which then would create a paternity issue because she could have then been the biological child of Joshua David Saunders II and be the full sibling of Joshua David Saunders III.

 This is all clear as mud, isn’t it? I don’t know whether I’m explaining it really well now. Why Elizabeth would also be charged with s battery. If indeed Gary Sides Jr. is the biological father of this girl’s baby, wouldn’t Elizabeth be mad about it? Or was she involved? Looking at the charges. They’re saying she’s involved. Was she involved under juress? I mean, there’s so many questions that we could ask.

So many questions. So, I think a lot more is yet to come out. Whether any of the rumors that are currently circulated end up being true is a big question mark, but certainly what these elder kids knew. And some of the stuff that they were putting on social media is very concerning and will be very carefully investigated and can possibly end up turning to evidence of a case against their parents.
